Shoemaker & Shoemaker is pleased to report an important development in the long-running litigation proceeding brought by two public housing tenants against the City of Minneapolis and the Minneapolis Public Housing Authority.

On June 18, 2025, the Minnesota Court of Appeals issued an opinion that remanded the proceeding to district court for further proceeding.
